Terms of Service

Plain English, no tricks. This is what you're agreeing to when you order a walkthrough from us.

1.Who we are

Walkthrough Lab is a product of Madison Jade Pty Ltd, an Australian company. When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", they mean Madison Jade Pty Ltd trading as Walkthrough Lab. "You" means the person or business placing an order.

2.The service

We produce AI-generated video walkthroughs of unbuilt homes from the plans you supply — typically a floor plan and a front elevation. We aim to deliver your finished video in about an hour. That's a target, not a guarantee: delivery can take longer during busy periods or if your files need extra handling.

3.Artist's impressions

Everything we produce is indicative marketing material.

• Interiors are styled artist's impressions consistent with the spec range you choose — they are not literal reproductions of the rooms in your plan.
• The exterior follows the elevation you supply, but finishes, colours, materials and landscaping are indicative only.
• You are responsible for adding any disclosures, disclaimers or labels that your local property-marketing rules require before you publish the video.

4.Your uploads & rights

By uploading plans, renders, photos or voice samples, you warrant that you have the rights to use them and to have us process them for your order. Any feature involving a real person's likeness or voice requires that person's consent, which you confirm at upload. Don't upload material you don't have rights to — you're responsible if you do.

5.Voice cloning

On the Presenter tier, the voice sample you supply is used solely to generate the narration for that order. The cloned voice is deleted after rendering unless we've agreed otherwise with you in writing (for example, for a Fleet arrangement covering multiple videos).

6.What you get

You own the finished video. You can use it for any lawful marketing purpose — listings, portals, social media, sales suites, advertising — without further fees to us. We only showcase customer videos in our own marketing with your permission.

7.Payment & refunds

You pay per video at checkout. If we cannot produce a usable video from the plans you supplied, we refund you in full. Once a usable video has been delivered, we don't offer refunds for matters of taste — but we'll do one revision pass on request to address specific feedback.

8.Privacy

Your uploads and contact details are used only to produce and deliver your order. We do not sell your data. Files are retained for up to 90 days so we can support you and process revisions, and are deleted earlier on request.

9.Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law (including any non-excludable rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law), our total liability in connection with an order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.
